Facebook is launching Threads from Instagram
Today, Facebook is launching Threads from Instagram, a new camera-first messaging app that helps you stay connected to your close friends.
Threads is a standalone app designed with privacy, speed and your close connections in mind. You can share photos, videos, messages, Stories and more with your Instagram close friends list.
You are in control of who can reach you on Threads, and you can customize the experience around the people who matter most.

Saturday Morning is Park Run morning
Great initiative encouraging people to get out and get moving. You can walk, jog, run - however, you choose to make it around the 5km trail.
I am not a runner, hate running if I am completely honest.
But love that parkrun offers you a chance to improve and time against YOUR personal best while running / walking with other like-minded people.
Depending on how I feel depends on if I just walk the trail or if I attempt to run as much as I can. Get a buddy and do it together.
Everyone who attends is so supportive.
I highly encouraging everyone to give parkrun a go. Check out your local area and see if volunteers are running a park run for the community.
P.S I am totally not photogenic at the best of times and especially not when I am dying from attempting to run as much of the 5km that I can lol.
A better way to manage Facebook groups effectively
Keyword alerts open up new opportunities for admins to better manage group engagement and manage discussions more effectively.
By being able to set up alerts for different keywords – brand / product-related or otherwise – and be alerted when related content appears in discussions.
